Nicholas Harkiolakis is Vice President for Europe and Middle East and Director of Research for Executive Coaching Consultants. He is Editor of the International Journal of Teaching and Case Studies and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He is the author of the Quantitative Research Methods: From Theory to Publication textbook and the research books e-Negotiations: Networking and Cross-Cultural Business Transactions, Multipreneurship: Diversification in Times of Crisis. Leadership Explained: Leading Teams in the 21st Century, and The Cycle of Value – A Conservationist Approach to Economics. He teaches research methodology and technology courses at EIM as well as supervises dissertations and research projects.
