“Adoption of AI-Based Hybrid Intelligence Technologies in Strategic Decision-Making Processes”

This doctoral research examines how organisations adopt AI-based Hybrid Intelligence in strategic decision-making and the organisational, technological and human factors that shape adoption. Drawing on qualitative research with senior decision-makers in Switzerland, the study examines the role of trust, organisational readiness, governance and human-AI collaboration in the adoption of AI-supported strategic decision-making.
The dissertation is the principal academic output of the doctoral research and forms an important basis for Scuderi's teaching of AI for Business at EIM. Further papers derived from the dissertation are currently in preparation.
