Guide doctoral candidates through dissertation research and teach EQF Level 8 modules in EIM's fully online doctoral programmes. You'll combine academic expertise with practical mentorship — helping working professionals produce publishable, applied research.

Your responsibilities will be to serve as a doctoral dissertation advisor and an instructor of EQF / MQF level 8 modules in our online doctoral programs. These responsibilities also include to be available for our mostly part-time students outside of the traditional office hours, to give detailed feedback to their submissions, and to help them to graduate successfully.

Your required qualifications are:

  • Doctoral degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution
  • Proof of serving as a doctoral dissertation advisor and graduating doctoral students
  • Record of publications in peer-reviewed academic journals
  • Experience working in an online instructional setting
  • Experience in qualitative or quantitative research
  • Excellent communication, team participation, and human relation skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate (part-time) adult learners in an online learning environment

Teach EQF Level 7 modules and supervise master theses in EIM's online MBA programme. You'll work with experienced professionals, providing detailed feedback and guiding them toward successful completion of their degrees.

  • Postgraduate or doctoral degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution
  • Proof of serving as a (a-)synchronous online instructor and master thesis advisor for at least 3-5 years
  • Practical management experience of at least five years
  • Excellent communication, team participation, and human relation skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate (part-time) adult learners in an online learning environment
