Grace Chew established G Gianna Consultancy Pte Ltd, Singapore in 2010 to provide business management consultancy services in Strategic Management, Intercultural Intelligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Sales and Marketing to companies from USA, Europe, Middle East and China which are looking to expand their wings in Asia. Her career spans 28 years in various senior management positions working with different industries including Airline, Automobile, Hotel, Hospitality, Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Industrial Products, Material Handling and Urban Air Mobility.

Her research was in Critical Success Factors of the Mergers and Acquisitions Performance: Interrelationship of Planning stage (Pre-merger) and Integration Process (Post-merger) for Singapore. She won the “Best Conference Paper” award in EuroMed Business Conference in Lithuania, 2023.

As an educator and a practitioner in the business field, she believes in brain pedagogy to creatively engage and inspire the audience to experience the learning journey and transfer the knowledge to practical real-world scenario. Adopting principles of clear communication, active learning, adaptability, feedback and assessment, inclusiveness, technology integration, critical thinking development and continual improvement. By incorporating these principles to enriching and engaging learning experience that inspire students to actively participate in their own education, research and achieve academic success.
