Ameni Aloui teaches in the MBA program at the European Institute of Management (EIM). She is a certified Heilpraktikerin specialized in aesthetic medicine, founder and owner of the Medical & Beauty Center Cologne. She holds a Master of Science in Aesthetic Medicine and an MBA (EIM) in Healthcare Management. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Management, with a focus on the influence of social media on public attitudes and behaviors toward aesthetic procedures in Germany.

As a recognized expert in the field of aesthetic and regenerative medicine, she combines medical expertise with business acumen to bridge the gap between clinical practice and healthcare management. Known for her appearances in various media outlets, she is recognized for her innovative approach and commitment to ethical standards in aesthetic practice. She is considered one of the leading voices in evidence-based aesthetic medicine in Germany.

Before founding her own clinic, Ameni Aloui worked extensively in aesthetic and medical environments, developing advanced non-surgical treatment protocols and training programs for practitioners. She is actively engaged in research and education, contributing to the academic and professional dialogue on innovation and digital transformation in healthcare.

At EIM, she brings her interdisciplinary experience in medicine, business, and innovation to inspire future leaders in the healthcare sector.

Her most recent research project was a systematic literature review about "Patient Expectations and Reality in Aesthetic Medicine – Systematic Literature Review," published in the European Journal of Management, Leadership and Health Care in 2024.
