Prof. Dr. Daphne Halkias, Dean and Professor in the Doctoral Programs at EIM, has 30 years of experience as a distinguished academic, researcher, and international executive coach and business consultant. She has held leadership positions in academia, social service organizations, and her own consulting firm. Prof. Dr. Halkias is an entrepreneur and CEO of Executive Coaching Consultants and Editor of the International Journal of Teaching and Case Study, International Journal of Technology-Enhanced Learning, and International Journal of Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Publications carry her name in research on entrepreneurship, family business, leadership, sustainability, cross-cultural negotiations, innovation, women’s issues, research methods, organizational behavior, business education, and industrial psychology. Prof. Dr. Halkias is a Distinguished Research Fellow at the Center for Policy and Competitiveness at Ecole des Ponts Business School, a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital at Harvard Medical School; a Research Affiliate at the Institute for Social Sciences, Cornell University; Research Associate at the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies, University of California, San Diego. Prof. Dr. Halkias is an entrepreneur and CEO of Executive Coaching Consultants and Editor of the International Journal of Teaching and Case Study, International Journal of Technology-Enhanced Learning, and International Journal of Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is a member of the Academy of Management, Business Fights Poverty, the American Psychological Association, and Family Firm Institute, to name a few.
